The Hub Operations lead for Grid Automation oversees day-to-day operations of a local manufacturing and project execution hub with end-to-end accountability across Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Operational Excellence, Logistics, and site financial/administrative management. The role ensures operational continuity and efficiency across multiple parallel projects, aligns local activities with regional and global objectives, and supports stakeholder engagement across engineering, PMO, clients and contractors.
