About this role

The Principal HubSpot Architect & CRM Admin will own and scale HubSpot as Quince’s central CRM and revenue platform, defining enterprise CRM architecture, data models, automations, reporting, and integrations. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product, Data Engineering, and executive leadership to elevate HubSpot into a strategic growth engine. The position emphasizes governance, data integrity, advanced automation, and delivering executive insights to inform business decisions.
