Responsibilities

Coordinate collection and review of required documentation for each FHA loan transaction
Analyze borrower and principal information including credit data and financial statements
Identify potential credit risks and partner with underwriters to resolve issues
Prepare and assemble complete loan applications for submission to HUD
Ensure deal information in Salesforce and Deal Manager reflects accurate transaction status
