Human Factors Engineering Intern

This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to the design and development of medical devices for Stryker Emergency Care by championing user perspectives and ensuring products are intuitive, safe, and effective. The role involves conducting human factors analyses, planning and executing usability testing, and providing data-informed design recommendations. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply human factors principles to real-world product design.
