About this role
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Director is a senior HR leader responsible for shaping talent strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness across the Utah South Market for Intermountain Health. The role partners with executive leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and supports leadership development and organizational priorities. This is a full-time, exempt position based primarily onsite at American Fork Hospital with occasional in-state travel.
