Human Resource Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist assists in the daily functions of the HR department, including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding staff, as well as administering pay, benefits, and leave. The role involves enforcing company policies, maintaining the HRIS system, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. This position serves as a primary backup for benefit administration and provides counsel to employees and managers on HR policies.
