Human Resource Generalist

The Orthopedic & Sports Institute is seeking a full-time onsite Human Resources Manager for a busy Orthopedic clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, and administering employee benefits. The position also requires ensuring compliance with HR laws and coordinating administrative leave requests.
