Human Resource Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist supports the day-to-day human resources functions of the organization, serving as the primary resource for employees and supervisors on recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management, policies, and employment compliance. Working under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer, the HR Generalist implements established policies and procedures, coordinates HR activities, and refers matters requiring leadership review or approval. All Rise Recovery employees are expected to exemplify the organization’s mission and values, delivering professional, enthusiastic, and courteous service.
