Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager at Novolex will serve as the strategic people partner for a high‑volume distribution center, overseeing all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, training, compensation, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement. Reporting to the HR Leader - Logistics, this role focuses on building a high‑performing, inclusive culture while ensuring compliance and driving productivity and retention.
