Human Resource Workforce Systems Support

This role leads continuous improvement projects and system support to ensure usability, data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within the University's Human Resource Workforce Systems. The position involves defining system requirements, managing testing activities, and collaborating with vendors, architects, and business stakeholders to optimize system performance. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support, configure approval flows, and coordinate user acceptance testing and system updates.
