Wayside Youth & Family Support Network
The Human Resources Analyst supports the People & Culture and Finance teams through workforce analytics, HR systems administration, payroll processing support, and compliance reporting. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring the accuracy of employee data, supporting payroll administration, producing workforce insights, and improving processes that enhance the employee experience. The position reports to the Director of People & Culture and works closely with the Payroll Manager, CIO, and Finance team.
