Human Resources and Compliance Assistant

The Human Resources and Compliance Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources and Compliance functions of the Yakutat Tlingit Tribe. This role ensures employee records, required documentation, trainings, policies, screenings, deadlines, and compliance activities remain organized, current, and completed timely. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, organization, follow-through, professionalism, and attention to detail.
