Human Resources Assistant – Recruiting & Onboarding

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated and resourceful Human Resources Assistant to support recruiting and onboarding efforts while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will proactively source candidates through various channels and manage the full recruiting cycle from initial outreach to onboarding. This role also involves providing general HR support, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits administration and company initiatives.
