Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant supports the Texas Student Experience HR Department by managing hourly student employee onboarding, providing guidance on employment policies, and assisting the HR Assistant Director with special projects and Workday reporting. This full‑time, non‑exempt role involves coordinating new hire paperwork, background checks, and timesheet completion while serving as a subject‑matter expert for student workers.
