Human Resources Assistant

Redwood Terrace is seeking a Full-time Human Resources Assistant to perform a broad range of human resources tasks related to payroll, benefits, HRIS, team member relations, recruitment, hiring, safety, and training. The role involves initiating benefits paperwork, producing team member newsletters, and assisting with special projects while maintaining professionalism to ensure resident and team member satisfaction. This onsite position requires effective HR administration skills and the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
