About this role
The Associate, People Operations provides operational support for Momentum’s HR function, ensuring smooth onboarding and pre-boarding, data migrations, and administration for full-time and freelance staff. The role partners with People Analytics, Payroll, Finance, and HR Business Partners to maintain HR systems, support talent initiatives, and ensure data integrity. This position reports to the Associate Director, People Operations and works within a fast-paced, collaborative People team.
