Human Resources Associate

The Human Resources Associate assists the Recruiter and Tribal Liaison with all aspects of recruitment, including application tracking, the intake process, and initial new hire paperwork. This role involves coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring accurate data entry into the HRIS system. The position also supports new hire onboarding and participates in recruiting events to promote the organization.
