Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a senior HR and labour relations professional assigned to a client portfolio, reporting to the Program Director of HRBP & Labour Relations. This role focuses on managing the employment and labour relationship across Carewest, providing strategic advice and expert guidance on complex HR matters, collective agreements, and labour relations. The HRBP works independently to resolve non-standard issues, supports collective bargaining, and represents the organization in grievance arbitration and litigation.
