Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

A full-time temporary Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders within North American Commercial Services, helping them navigate workforce challenges and achieve business objectives through effective people strategies. The role involves providing HR consulting services and tailored people solutions to support organizational performance, employee engagement, and culture across both unionized and non-unionized environments. As a strategic partner, the HRBP will support leaders through complex people matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution. The position is eligible for a hybrid work program, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite in Edmonton, Alberta.
