Human Resources Business Partner – Site Based

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support the Valentine Gold Mine by providing HR guidance and services across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, disability management, and HRIS. Reporting to the Superintendent of Human Resources, the HRBP works on a 14‑day on/14‑day off rotation at the mine site, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive organizational effectiveness.
