Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to bakery leaders, deploying HR strategies and managing the full human resource function at assigned facilities. This role oversees policies, compensation, training, employee relations, and payroll while acting as an advocate for both the bakery and its employees. The position is responsible for forecasting HR needs, managing the talent lifecycle from recruitment to exit, and supporting succession planning and retention efforts.
