Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner provides hands-on HR support to a diverse, multi-lingual workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. This role partners with plant operations and office teams to manage employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and performance management, with approximately 75% of the workday spent on the plant floor. The position requires strong judgment and the ability to independently handle sensitive employee matters while balancing advocacy with business needs.
