Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the on-site HR reference point for the Richmond Factory, collaborating closely with managers and supervisors to support people, performance, and culture. This role brings HR closer to daily operations and the blue-collar workforce while driving key initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and enhance the company’s attractiveness as an employer. The position involves providing day-to-day HR support, managing employee relations, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes.
