Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the lead HR representative at the plant level, reporting to the HR Director and supporting the Plant Manager and leadership team. This role oversees all end-to-end HR activities, supervises HR Advisors and Internal Trainers, and ensures that company HR standards and values are consistently upheld on-site. The position focuses on fostering an engaging organizational culture, managing talent development, and driving employee engagement initiatives to support overall plant performance.
