Human Resources Business Partner

RR Living is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted HR advisor across all RREAF Holdings entities, including RR Living communities, corporate teams, RROC Living, Anchor Management, and Anchor Hospitality. Reporting to the Vice President, People & Talent, this role owns employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR guidance for assigned entities and team members. The ideal candidate is a steady, business-minded generalist with sound judgment and a coaching mindset who will investigate and resolve employee concerns fairly, guide leaders through corrective action and separations, oversee talent acquisition for assigned groups, and turn HR data into clear recommendations for leadership.
