The role manages the full lifecycle of faculty talent acquisition and contract renewals while aligning HR practices with institutional goals. The HRBP leads HR activities including talent assessment, performance management, and employee development, acting as a conduit for HR services and collaborating with HR leadership and other departments to support employees.
