Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner provides consistent, trusted people support across Somerset, NJ, and Plainview, NY, resolving employee and manager needs while coordinating timely follow-through on employee relations matters. This onsite role strengthens the workforce behind Veeco technologies used in advanced semiconductor devices by building broad experience in employee relations, employment practices, talent programs, engagement, and HR operations. The position works closely with senior HR leaders to shape a responsive employee experience and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
