Human Resources Classification Support

This role provides expert-level federal human capital position classification and management support to the Federal Trade Commission's Human Capital Management Office. The position involves conducting classification evaluations, developing position descriptions, and ensuring compliance with federal standards and regulations. The consultant will also offer advisory support and knowledge transfer to build internal HR capacity.
