Human Resources Compliance Administrator

The Human Resources Compliance Administrator will join the People & Culture team to build scalable HR foundations and ensure compliance across all locations. This role involves managing HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines while maintaining audit readiness through personnel file audits and I-9 compliance. The position also requires tracking mandatory compliance trainings, managing leaves of absence, and assisting with regulatory reporting.
