Human Resources Coordinator- Hybrid Remote

The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of core Human Resources programs and processes, including HRIS data management, benefits administration, compliance and recordkeeping, onboarding/offboarding processing, leave administration, and HR reporting. As OKSI is a cleared defense contractor, this position requires strict attention to confidentiality, data security, and regulatory compliance. After an initial training period, a hybrid "office/home" work-schedule will be assigned based on the business needs of the organization.
