Human Resources Coordinator, Learning & OHS

The HR Coordinator, Learning & OHS supports employee onboarding, organizational learning, health and safety administration, and HR documentation at Inn from the Cold, Calgary's largest homelessness support organization. This role facilitates training programs, coordinates Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings, maintains compliance records, and assists with the full recruitment lifecycle. The position works closely with the Senior Manager to promote a culture of continuous learning, safety, and accountability within a trauma-informed environment.
