Mountain Community Health Partnership is seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support the employee experience from recruitment through onboarding while ensuring compliance with healthcare and HR regulations. The role provides administrative and operational support for the Human Resources Department, serving as a primary coordinator for onboarding, orientation, recruitment, personnel records, and credentialing support activities. This position also plays a key role in organizational recruitment and workforce development initiatives through candidate sourcing, community outreach, recruitment marketing, educational partnerships, and talent pipeline development.
