Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator supports and administers HR programs, policies, and activities at the plant level in Norfolk, Nebraska. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for hourly positions, conducting new hire onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data. The coordinator also handles employee relations, benefits communication, and attendance management while partnering with regional and corporate HR teams.
