Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator manages the day-to-day administration of key HR programs, including employee benefits, retirement plans, leave of absence, and workers' compensation. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, compliance with federal and state regulations, and timely resolution of inquiries. The position also provides general HR operational support, including HRIS maintenance, onboarding assistance, and special projects.
