Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator supports and independently manages assigned human resources and payroll functions at Rejoice Christian School. This role involves payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations. Working under the HR Director, the position exercises independent judgment to ensure the continuity of HR operations and develop proficiency in managing biweekly payroll.
