Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function as it transitions in-house, serving as the first point of contact for employee and manager questions. The role provides administrative and coordination support across recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, benefits, leaves, payroll support, HRIS entry, and record keeping. This position also owns base recruiting for non-bargaining positions and helps document processes to build the HR playbook.
