Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director provides oversight and consultation for one or multiple hospital facilities, managing employee relations, policies, employment law, retention, compensation, and benefits. This role partners with hospital and regional leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while promoting positive employee relations and organizational initiatives.
