Human Resources Director

This role leads all Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee relations, while acting as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee. The position is responsible for developing and executing the annual HR strategy and budget to ensure financial efficiency and workforce optimization. Additionally, the role champions a service-oriented culture to enhance guest satisfaction and ensures full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
