Human Resources Director

The City of Milpitas is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead its HR department, overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and labor negotiations. The role involves managing a team of eight, directing a $2.59 million budget, and leading the organization through a major HR and Payroll ERP implementation. The Director will report to the City Manager and serve on the Executive Leadership Team.
