Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director provides operational leadership for the hospital’s Human Resources functions and workforce initiatives, overseeing daily operations in compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and HR compliance. This role partners with leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, strengthen culture, and support workforce engagement and retention. The position ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards while monitoring HR performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
