• Develop and maintain a long‑term event roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Build and manage trusted vendor partnerships for venues, production, and technology
• Negotiate contracts and oversee budgets, timelines, and on‑site execution
• Define success metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve event design
