Human Resources Generalist

This role serves as an internal customer support business partner for a production plant, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and records maintenance. The position ensures legal compliance with federal and state laws while providing day-to-day HR support and policy administration across all phases of employment. Additionally, the employee acts as a wellness champion, participating in engagement activities and leading investigations into mild complexity employee relations complaints.
