Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations across Canada and the U.S., handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and HR system enhancements. The role serves as a primary contact for HR inquiries, ensures compliance with Canadian and U.S. employment laws, and assists with HR policies, audits, and culture initiatives.
