Human Resources Generalist

The role oversees human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, including compensation, performance evaluation, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with federal and state regulations. It also manages HR information systems, maintains personnel files, and handles onboarding of new employees at the site level.
