Human Resources Generalist

This role performs intermediate technical work onboarding new employees, overseeing commercial driver’s license random drug testing, payroll, training, and related work as assigned. The position operates under the limited supervision of the Director of Human Resources and Compliance. The incumbent coordinates onboarding processes, manages workers compensation and liability claims, and maintains accurate personnel and safety records. The role also involves processing payroll changes, maintaining OSHA logs, and assisting with human resources and safety training functions.
