Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist coordinates and delivers day-to-day operational HR programs for the Truro site, including recruitment, onboarding, training support, and employee relations. This role serves as a primary HR resource for supervisors, managing attendance, performance concerns, and immigration program administration while ensuring compliance with company practices.
