Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist supports all areas of Human Resources for Christian Aid Mission, assisting the VP of Administration with HR administration, payroll processing, and employee lifecycle management. This role serves as the first point of contact for staff regarding HR and payroll questions, manages benefits administration, and ensures compliance with employment laws. The position involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and annual performance management processes.
