Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist supports daily HR operations at Blue Moon Metals by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and training compliance. This role partners with employees, supervisors, and site leadership to support workforce needs, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment. The position requires maintaining accurate employee records, tracking required training, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
