Human Resources Generalist

This role administers human resource plans and procedures, assists in developing personnel policies, and conducts company-wide recruitment. The position coordinates new employee orientation, facilitates benefits enrollment, and supports employee relations and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage HRIS systems, process employee data, and maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
