Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist provides experienced, hands-on HR support across a multi-location medical practice, independently managing employee relations, workplace investigations, performance matters, leave administration, and employment compliance. This role partners with clinic leadership and the HR Manager to ensure consistent practices, sound documentation, and timely resolution of concerns while serving as a technical resource to HR colleagues. The position requires regular travel to assigned clinic locations throughout Los Angeles County to support various HR-related matters.
